Dried morels from Canada 50g. Superior quality.

Enhance your dishes with our dried morels from the forests of Canada: an exceptional product, from the wild. Canadian morels are also called “fire morels”. Every year, in Canada, millions of hectares of forests go up in smoke. 85% of these fires are natural and are caused by lightning, they contribute to the regeneration of forests. The pH of this burned soil will promote the development of the morel mycelium which will be able to feed on small pieces of roots which die in the soil. Its picking, which begins in spring, is arduous, and like all wild morels, its rarity makes it an exceptional mushroom!

Magnifiques,

Belles morilles, gouteuses mais un peu moins que les morilles himalayennes.
Son jus de trempage assez parfumé a quand même donné donne un bon goût à la sauce.
