Dried smoked morels from the Himalayas 50g. Superior quality.
Our dried morels are picked by hand then dried in the open air, they are then rigorously selected one by one in order to obtain impeccable quality. Without sand or soil. They are between 2 and 5 cm in size and are tailed.
Our dried Himalayan morels are an excellent variety of morels with a powerful and slightly smoky taste appreciated by the best chefs. The fruit of a relentless quest, our morels are exclusively harvested in the wild in the forests of the high mountains of the Himalayas. These ephemeral mushrooms, which only grow in spring, after the snow has melted, are the result of a real treasure hunt. Each morel is unique, a gift of healthy nature preserved from all pollution. The morels, once harvested, lend themselves to traditional drying: strung by hand in a necklace on a wire, they are suspended near the heat of a fireplace. This is why we sometimes find small holes at the bottom of dried morels. This ancestral process allows for slow and natural dehydration, thus preserving all the aromas of the mushroom.
