Shipping policy

All our packaging is carefully packaged in accordance with current hygiene rules. Our products do not need to be shipped refrigeratedand can withstand any means of transport at room temperature without affecting the quality of their contents.

 

DELIVERY METHOD AND TIME:

- Metropolitan France, Andorra, and Monaco: Colissimo followed 48 hours working days at home or at a relay point.

-Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, Holland, Switzerland: Parcel tracked 72 hours working days at home or at a relay point.

Each package is prepared and shipped Monday through Friday the next business day of your order. Packages ordered on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday. Delivery times are guaranteed by our carrier, we decline all responsibility in the event of delays on the part of this service.

 

FREE DELIVERY :

Delivery costs are free for purchases over €50 or CHF50. Below this amount, delivery varies depending on the order amount and your destination country.

 

PACKAGE TRACKING :

Each shipment comes with a tracking number that you can use to follow the path of your package at any time.
